Who is responsible
Yuval Atia, a sole trader in Israel, is the data controller for personal data collected through Scott.
Your trade file
Your trading history file is read inside your browser tab only. It is not uploaded, sent to us or stored by us, and it is gone when you close the tab.
What we collect
Your email address and language before Preview, for receipts, purchase follow-up and customer records; payment details collected by Paddle; a random report code and purchase record from the payment provider; basic technical data such as IP address and device information kept by our hosting provider for security.
Why, and on what basis
To provide the report you ask for (contract), to process payment and keep accounting records (legal obligation), and to prevent fraud and keep the service secure (legitimate interests). We do not send marketing emails.
Who we share with
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; hosting and infrastructure providers; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Emails and purchase records are kept as long as needed for your report, refunds and legal accounting duties, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. Contact us through the email on your receipt.
Security
We use encryption in transit and restrict database access to server code.
Cookies
Scott uses only essential browser storage (language choice and the current session). No analytics or advertising cookies.
