Who you contract with
Scott is operated by Yuval Atia, a sole trader registered in Israel (“we”, “us”). When you use Scott or buy a report, you contract with Yuval Atia.
Acceptance
By using Scott you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Scott reads a trading history file you choose, inside your browser, and produces a behavioral report about how you trade. The free Preview is general. The full report is a one time digital purchase for one report.
Not financial advice
Scott is for general and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Your trading decisions are your own responsibility.
Acceptable use
You must not use Scott unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to interfere with its security (for example malware, probing or scraping). You must be of legal age and provide an accurate email.
Ownership
We keep all rights in Scott, including its software, design, avatar and branding. You may use the service and your own report for personal use. Do not resell, copy or reverse engineer the service.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refunds follow Paddle’s Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that Scott will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the report is complete. To the fullest extent allowed by law, implied warranties are excluded and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension
We may suspend or end access for material breach, non payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
